Donations made to the Canadian CMV Foundation will be used to fund critical research, support the CMV community, raise awareness and advocate for change. Together, we can build a better future for Canadian infants and families.

We thank you for your contribution and appreciate your support!

Without the support of our community, the work that we do would not be possible. Fundraising is a great way to make a huge impact and get your whole community rallied together for the cause.

CMV Public Health & Policy Conference

Become a supporter and/or exhibitor at this year’s CMV Public Health and Policy Conference, taking place in Ottawa August 21 – 23, 2022.

This conference is the only conference to bring together scientists, researchers, policy makers, parents and public health officials to discuss public health and policy related to CMV.

This conference provides resources to increase awareness of CMV for medical professionals, department of health employees, university faculty, childcare providers, parents, students and non-profits.

We are thrilled to be hosting the CMV conference Canada for the first time ever. This conference is a must-attend for clinicians, researchers and public health experts and we anticipate 300 to 500 participants.

Walk, Wheel or Wiggle for CMV

During CMV Awareness Month in June of 2021, we launched Canada’s first national awareness and fundraising event for CMV – Walk, Wheel or Wiggle for CMV.

Hundreds of participants walked, wheeled and wiggled all across Canada – from BC to NB – and raised over $96,000!

The next edition of this fun event promises to be even bigger and better than the last. Get national visibility, help save lives and support families all across Canada by sponsoring Walk, Wheel or Wiggle for CMV 2022.
